The holiday season is coming…. Unique venues in Toronto

AGOWith Ripley’s Aquarium opening soon and the holiday season right around the corner, we thought we would take a look at some cool venues that might not always be top of mind when looking for something unique and different.   Some of these venues are old, some are new, some you maybe didn’t know are available to rent for private functions.  Take a look at just a few of the great venues that Toronto has to offer!

AGO – located at 317 Dundas Street East, this venue offers a variety of different spaces that can be rented for parties or receptions.

The Toronto Reference Library – located at 789 Yonge Street, this contemporary and versatile venue is ideal for any occasion, from meetings to parties, big or small.

Gallery House – 2068 Dundas Street West, offers over 2,000 square feet of modern space.

Ontario Science Centre – 770 Don Mills Road with easy highway access.  You are able to change the look and the feel of this space from “science” to gala, especially the Procter and Gamble Great Hall.

Royal Conservatory of Music – located at 273 Bloor Street West, great for large theatre style meetings of over 1,000 or smaller dinners and cocktail receptions.

St Lawrence Hall – located 157 King Street East, with exposed brick, bamboo flooring and a fantastic kitchen, you can transform this space but also use its architectural beauty to enhance what you have in mind.

LVB – located at 88 Ossington Avenue, a fantastic venue for receptions.

Storys Building – located at 11 Duncan Street, this 170 year old building offers 14,000 square feet of event space as well as an in-house restaurant.
