A big welcome to Pierre – the new Dragonfly Dynamo! 

We are extremely excited to announce the addition of Pierre Valcarcel to the Dragonfly Meeting Solutions Inc. team. As the Director, Business Development and Client Experience, Pierre will be advancing Dragonfly’s exposure and presence in a number of diverse corporate industries. He comes to Dragonfly from a well respected Toronto catering company – Daniel et Daniel. His reputation and highly regarded skillset as Director of Sales Operations there, will be a huge asset to the Dragonfly infrastructure and our client servicing capabilities.

Pierre’s experience in the event and hospitality industry spans multiple disciplines such as new client acquisition, operational logistics, process development, employee recruitment, training and management on both agency and client sides. Pierre has been involved in all levels of events from opulent white glove special events, to large corporate conferences and bespoke incentive travel programs. He has sold, planned and executed hundreds of corporate and social events in global destinations and has consistently proven his top-tier project management and client satisfaction abilities in each venture he takes on.  Pierre brings a skillset of strategic planning, tailored creativity and his solution-oriented approach has resulted in great triumphs for his client’s events.

Effective immediately, Pierre will be responsible for business development, corporate partnerships and ensuring Dragonfly’s client experiences are top-tier, innovative and one-of-a-kind.  He will be involved from the prospecting and pitching stages of every project, through to providing innovative and creative offerings and effective solutions for every client Dragonfly has the opportunity to work with.
